Objective: The LTE JA Technical Training objective is to teach players how to train in a structured environment while focusing on the skills and techniques that are required in todays modern game. Resuming in the Spring season.
Objective: The objective of the Elite Technical Training Program is to offer players 1 full hour of technical training with fitness incorporated into each session. During the 12 week program players will train to master their skill by pushing the repetition on the ball focusing on different topics. We want players to technically develop throughout the season and become a true game changer for their team. The environment is set up for teams to bond and form chemistry together working outside of a team setting. Player will work in groups no larger than 14 players to 1 coach and groups will be formed based off age and teams but may change week to week.
